Joanne Weir is an internationally renowned chef, author of award-winning cook books, educator and public television personality.
Join us for a book signing on Saturday, August 15. We’ll feature her book, Wine Country Cooking. This simple and unfussy approach to preparing and eating Mediterranean cuisine focuses on the delicious ingredients found in the California wine country, such as olive oil, garlic, figs, tomatoes, lemons and herbs. She has included cooking tips and wine pairing suggestions as well.
Come by to meet Joanne and purchase her book! J Winery Executive Chef Mark Caldwell will prepare a couple of selected hors d’oeuvres from her book for you to sample alongside J Vineyards & Winery’s Russian River Valley wines. This event is complimentary with a $20 wine tasting at the J Visitor Center tasting bar.
