Christie McRae, Principal of McRae & Company is co-chairing this years DINING BY DESIGN event.

DINING BY DESIGN, presented by DIFFA: Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS, in its ninth year in San Francisco, is the most anticipated high-design charitable event, showcasing top designers who create fantastic, one-of-a-kind tabletop installations that are unveiled for two nights only.

DINING BY DESIGN in San Francisco continues to be one of the city’s premier high-design charity events every autumn. This year’s event takes place over two nights: the TABLE HOP & TASTE cocktail table preview party on Wednesday, November 18 and the seated GALA DINNER on Thursday, November 19. We are pleased to welcome back several veteran table sponsors and top designers and we look forward to introducing many new participants. Based on significant pre-sales of tables and early submissions of table design concepts, 2009 promises to again be an exciting and inspirational year of breakthrough design, culinary excellence and critical fundraising for uninsured HIV/AIDS patients.
