In a survey conducted by The Luxury Institute and published in its 2008 Luxury Brand Status Index, Sotheby’s International Realty was named the most prestigious real estate company by affluent Americans. Qualities attributed to the firm included “high-end properties,” “great customer service” and an “excellent reputation.”
