Adam Koval

adamkovalbioFrustrated by a lack of local level “buy side” analysis for residential real estate, Adam Koval founded SocketSite in 2005. Since then, Mr. Koval has been called on by CNBC’s Morning Call and CNN to provide analysis on the real estate market in general, as well as local stations KRON4 and CBS5 to answer questions about the San Francisco market in specific.

Prior to founding SocketSite, Mr. Koval acted as an advisor and strategic consultant to a mix of early stage ventures, co-founded (r)evolution studio (which specializes in developing breakthrough product concepts, marketing programs, and branding strategies), and was the acting President and COO of Thought Sciences (a pioneer in the field of Neuromarketing).

Mr. Koval has also held senior level positions with a number of early stage venture backed companies in the Bay Area. And before joining the real estate, marketing and technology revolutions, Mr. Koval held positions with leading consulting and investment banking firms in both New York and San Francisco.

Mr. Koval holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth, and a BS from the Wharton School of Management at the University of Pennsylvania.
