Taste 1999 – 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve with Master of Wine Mark de Vere in the beautiful First Year Barrel Cellar. Included will be a respite halfway through the tasting, to step outside, enjoy a solo guitarist, and sip 2008 I Block Fume Blanc Reserve paired with freshly shucked oysters.
