HSBC Premier Invites Council Members to Very Special Event

HSBC Premier will be hosting a special event on Wednesday March 28th from 6-8pm at Ana Mandara Restaurant. While this event is a Client Appreciation Night for Premier clients of the bank, members of the Luxury Marketing Council are welcome to join. There will be food tastings from Chef Khai, an open bar, live jazz band and various other special events.

San Francisco Magazine Nominated for 5 Maggie Awards

It was just announce that San Francisco Magazine was nominated for 5 Maggie Awards, including Best City & Metropolitan magazine, by Western Publishers Association (WPA).

Maggie Awards recognize and honor the best editorial and design in magazine and electronic publishing in the Western United States. Winners will be announced April 27 in Los Angeles .

DEPARTURES Magazine created an exclusive Broadway show experience for The Brooks Brothers' Holiday Catalog mailing. Brooks Brothers' customers were invited to enjoy A CHORUS LINE on Saturday, March 10th in New York. Mary Lou Castellanos won the best marketing/branding campaign at the Luxury Conclave. The contest categories included the Highest Sale, Best Marketing for a Property, Best Website, Best branding/marketing campaign, and the Best Charity Work. The contest was judged by 3 advertising agencies in New York.

 

 

 

 

Grattan Elementary Seeks Luxurious Donations to Support Fund Raiser

Grattan Elementary School is a small, K-5 public school nestled in San Francisco 's Cole Valley neighborhood. Grattan offers an exemplary education to a diverse group of urban students.

They are holding their annual Family Fun Festival on the Grattan campus May 19, 2007. Their goal is to raise $20,000 to support the programs that make Grattan unique: a school-wide greening and gardening program, regular visits from community volunteers such as " Doris the Storyteller", an international dance program, and the technology lab.

Members of the Luxury Marketing Council are invited to donate something luxurious for the silent auction. All contributions are tax-deductible and donors will be featured in the auction catalog and on their website.
