Signorello Estate’s “Enoteca Tasting” Lauded as “One of Napa’s Best Dining Experiences” in Huffington Post
Concluding “there's no other food wine pairing in Napa Valley that comes close to what Signorello does,” The Huffington Post recently published an extensive review of Signorello Estate’s unique, four-course “Enoteca Tasting”. Entitled One of Napa's Best Dining Experiences Isn't At a Restaurant -- It's at a Winery, the article’s author, frequent contributor Mary Orlin, noted the Enoteca Tasting was “one of the best four course meals I've had in Napa, and the best that I've had at any winery.”
The Huffington Post article can be found at: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/mary-orlin/one-of-napas-best-dining-_b_2725506.html
Signorello Estate’s “Enoteca Tasting” is an ongoing offering that delivers and extensive and in-depth, four-course wine and food tasting to visitors prepared by Signorello Estate’s Executive Chef Britny Sundin. The Enoteca Tasting is offered by appointment and scheduled for the middle of the day.
Orlin explains in her Huffington Post piece that “Enoteca Signorello is the brain child of proprietor Ray Signorello, Jr. He believes in the marriage of food and wine, and that wine is best understood when paired with food at the table. Ray's hope is to inspire wine lovers in an experience where they can really get, or taste how the wine can make the food taste better and how the food can enhance the wine” and goes on to note that the Enoteca Tasting is something “no foodie or wine lover should miss.”

The Luxury Marketing Council of San Francisco conducts more than 30 meetings and events each year. Yet that’s the tip of the iceberg. The vast majority of the Council’s energy and time is spent in private collaboration with and between its members. The Council acts as facilitator, broker, mediator, advocate and door opener for members who need introductions to partners for programs, promotions and shared marketing initiatives.
Each year, the San Francisco chapter executes and nurtures more than 250 such collaborations which sometimes demand extensive one-on-one communication via face-to-face meeting or telephone conference call.
The following are recent collaborations with which the Council has been involved:
Construction Company Designer Delivers Seminar Series: The Luxury Marketing Council provided an introduction and recommendation for construction company representative to host an industry training seminar for 70+ interior designers.
Winery introductions made: Introductions to various wineries were made on behalf of an automotive company and national artist in order to develop event partnerships.
Catering Company meets America’s Cup Racing team: A leading event catering firm was introduced to an America’s Cup racing team with a view to establishing event catering opportunities.
Awards program introduced to potential sponsors: A prominent national awards program was introduced to various sponsor sources including a beverage distributor, winery and cruise line.
