In 2016, The Luxury Marketing Council of San Francisco conducted in-depth interviews with the top producers at the Bay Area’s leading real estate brokerages. From 15 hours of interviews, encompassing more than 135,000 spoken words, we were able to elicit and distill the philosophy, aspiration, motivation and methodology that drive the alpha agents who excel at their craft and occupy the rarefied heights of real estate’s elite.
